Returns
Request a return within 14 days of delivery through the Contact page, with your order number. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tag attached. Then send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
Made-to-order and personalised pieces
Made-to-order, personalised and altered pieces are made for you and cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.

Refunds
We refund the items and your original delivery charge within 14 days of receiving them back (or proof that you have sent them), to your original payment method.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order number and a photograph. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
