UK delivery
Complimentary tracked delivery on all UK orders (including Northern Ireland), usually by Royal Mail. Faster services, where offered, are shown at checkout with their cost before you pay.
International delivery
International orders are sent by DHL. The cost for your address is shown at checkout: [£20.00].
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within [2 working days]. UK deliveries usually arrive within [1–3 working days] of dispatch. Made-to-order and personalised pieces take longer; the time is shown on the product.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise, these are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
